Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

• Shipping rates calculated at checkout.
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours, or longer if ordered over a weekend or holiday.
• FREE local pickup is available in Scituate (choose option at checkout).

Returns:

• Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 business days of receipt of item.
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you are shipping something back to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we receive your returned item without tracking information.
• To return your product, send to: Pooja Cowing, 26 Stewart Place, Scituate, MA 02066.
• In-store returns may be brought directly to Pooja Boutique, 88 Front Street, Unit 11, Scituate, MA 02066 during regular business hours.
