Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy is 7 days from the date that you receive your order.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be clean, unworn and with tags still attached.

Due to health regulations, earrings are non-returnable.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may return by mailing your return back to us or you may return to our store location. You must include the invoice or packing slip that was in your shipping package.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Once received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 
After 7 days, (from the time that you receive your purchase) we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pcowing26@comcast.net or call us (781) 378-1024 and send your item to:

We are happy to exchange an item within 7 days, if we have stock in the item you wish to exchange for. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange to reach you may vary.

Shipping

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, (and paid for shipping) the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

If you are shipping something back to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we receive your returned item without tracking information.
